You are most likely trying to run catoolRT in Windows XP or earlier.
The minimum suported operating system is Windows 7. The last version of
catoolRT to support Windows XP was 14.3
As of version 16.3 there is a single installer for catoolRT. On a 32-bit version of Windows this
will install a 32-bit version that is compatible with SSE processors. On a 64-bit version of Windows
this will install a 64-bit version. All 64-bit processors include SSE2 support. If you had previously
installed the 32-bit version of catoolRT on a 64-bit version of Windows this will be removed and replaced with the
64-bit version of catoolRT.
